ENAR believes that our staff deserves the best tools. We are therefore committed to the constant development of our infrastructure with special emphasis on the IT systems, to ensure that our staff can produce a top quality product in a cost effective and timely manner.

We use the market leading software packages to assist in the design process and ensure maximum compatibility with other systems.

Investment in IT equipment and software must be accompanied by an investment in training and again the Practice is committed to training staff to a suitable high level of IT competence.

ENAR is headed by a Managing Director and each disciplines areas managed by a senior team of industry professionals. Our staff strength has grown rapidly over the years. We currently have more than 200 professional, technical and administrative staff. Our engineers constantly work in a multi-disciplinary environment, therefore, gaining a high appreciation of the interfacing requirements between process, structure, civil works and mechanical and electrical services. Consequently, our designs incorporate co-ordination of all disciplines as an inherent part of the design philosophy.
